Well, it's time for some mental detox. With yet another preacher (this time a Hillary supporter) showing up in the YouTube culture spewing hate, I've had my fill for the week.
So, since I have two children, the weekend off, and a reason to buy chocolate, I'm going to try to stay away from the blogosphere.
I'll probably check in and comment, just to tweak the Paulistas.
I'm going to leave the news off.
I may watch the Sunday shows. Unless they're talking about Jeremiah Wright.
I'm going to feed my kids enough chocolate to give them cavities years from now.
And I'm going to do another listen to Handel's Messiah. There's few things more beautiful.
I might even churn out a poem or two.
So after you've read this, don't expect more stunningly cogent and fairly well-written opinion and analysis of our culture and politics until Monday.
I'm tired.
Finally, since I'm light on content today, watch this video. It's kind of messed up but funny:
Happy easter, all!

It starts of cleverly then veers off into Carrie Koo-Koo Land.
Too bad.
Happy Easter.
BTW: I received this link in an email and thought you'd like to look at it. Sounds like the sort of thing you've advocated:

It looks interesting. I'll have to look into it more, but unbiased news is always hard to come by.
Well, the devil you know . . .
Okay, I think you lost me there.
Please clarify, or reconsider your sly attempts to be cryptic.
